BEGINNER YOGA W/DARBY
This Beginner Yoga class is perfect for anyone from the person who has never taken a yoga class to the occasional yogi, to the well practiced. Starting something new can be challenging and we commend you for taking this next step on your wellness journey. Darby will move through class slowly and mindfully so that you learn to feel the postures from inside your body allowing you to safely take your yoga practice anywhere. She loves to answer questions and will be so happy to chat about all things yoga!
RESTORATIVE YOGA W/COURTNEY
Restorative Yoga w/Courtney offers the opportunity to slow down and relax in a small number of asanas (postures) supported with props like folded blankets or pillows. Restorative yoga can tap into the parasympathetic nervous system, bringing our healthy systems online and functioning. In today’s high functioning and often over stimulating world, this practice can be just what we need to give our bodies the opportunity to relax by using props to support the body in asanas and using the breath to relax.
DAO FLOW W/DARBY ONLINE
This Chinese medicine based practice is a place where we search for softening, within the softening we find our strength, stability, and balance. We will move the body, sweat, stretch, breathe, and challenge (yang) and we will soothe, calm, dive deep, breathe, and release (yin). Notice the breath is mentioned twice, with both yin and yang, we are reminded to steady, deepen, and connect with the breath. See you there!
ALL LEVELS FLOW W/MEGAN
Megan offers an authentic, non-judgmental, teaching style that flows easily with all levels of learning. Megan’s classes explore fun yoga asanas, build heat through strengthening sequences, and work to ground the body and mind with meditation through movement. Megan will always be a student of Yoga and hopes to inspire her students to carry the mindfulness of their practice, both on and off of their mats.
