BEGINNER YOGA W/DARBY
Step into YOUR yoga practice with this gentle yet challenging class! We will create a foundation for learning how to incorporate yoga, breath work, and meditation into your life on and off the mat.
DAO FLOW YOGA W/DARBY
In this class we will integrate chinese medicine and yoga for healing our bodies. We activate these healing energies by opening acupuncture meridians through movement and breath work which nourishes and balances the hormone system and awakens the endocrine glands. Students will
experience asana and pranayama with both yin and yang elements,
energetic posture sequences as well as time for stillness, and
reflection. This class is open to men and women.
ALL LEVELS CLASS W/MEGAN
Megan offers an authentic, non-judgemental, teaching style that flows easily with all levels of learning. Megan’s classes explore fun yoga asanas, build heat through strengthening sequences, and work to ground the body and mind with meditation through movement. Megan will always be a student of Yoga and hopes to inspire her students to carry the mindfulness of their practice, both on and off of their mats.
