ALIGN & FLOW W/HALEY

Monday 7am

Vinyasa means to integrate breath with movement. This well-rounded class aims to assist students in the exploration and broadening of their range of motion through safe biomechanics. Guidance into proper alignment, accompanied by slow transitions, and isolated joint movement is to be expected. You will strengthen and stretch all areas of your body, often breaking a sweat as you free yourself from physical and mental blockages. You will leave your mat feeling stronger, more centered, and ready to ride the waves of life with patience and gratitude. 

*This class is designed for ALL LEVELS, but we do suggest you have some experience with physical activity as this class moves through lying, seated, standing, balancing, and inverted asanas. Variations of each pose will be offered to students to ensure a safe and respectful practice for each body.

YOGA FOR EVERYBODY W/HALEY

BEGINNER YOGA W/DARBY

Monday 6:00pm

Step into YOUR yoga practice with this gentle yet challenging class! We will create a foundation for learning how to incorporate yoga, breath work, and meditation into your life on and off the mat.

YIN AND YOGA NIDRA W/MEGAN

Tuesday 5:30pm

 Yin Yoga is a passive practice that works the deeper tissues of the body, the tendons, ligaments, fascia, everything that helps to keep our bodies intact, mobile, and youthful. We hold poses for 5-7 minutes using breath work and gravity to find deeper variations. We use props and modifications to make this practice accessible to everyone. Yoga Nidra will be offered during sivasana/the practice of yogic sleep, used to improve sleep, reduce anxiety, depression, and help with PTSD recovery.

GENTLE FLOW W/PRISCILLA

Tuesday 7pm

Come flow gentle style with Priscilla for this super calming class that will include stretching, twisting, listening and loving your divine self. You will be asked to listen to your inner chill and give yourself some love.

Hands Clasped in Yoga Posture

MORNING FLOW W/JANELLE

Wednesday 9am

This class is movement based and will explore alignment and breath with focus on sun salutations. Students will be offered modifications based on their comfort level. Each month, we will focus on a particular balancing posture and breathing practice. Please be mindful of avoiding large meals prior to class.

UNWIND WEDNESDAY W/CAROLINE

Wednesday 5:30pm

Join this wonderful, slow moving class to unwind your Wednesday and find a sense of calm. You will flow at your own skill level developing strength, flexibility and mindfulness while pausing to explore the depth of various poses or asanas.

SUNRISE YOGA W/ PRISCILLA

Friday 7am

This all levels class focuses on stretching and strengthening the body in order to release tension, allowing the body to calm.

DAO FLOW YOGA W/DARBY

Friday 9:00am

In this class we will integrate chinese medicine and yoga for healing our bodies. We activate these healing energies by opening acupuncture meridians through movement and breath work which nourishes and balances the hormone system and awakens the endocrine glands. Students will
experience asana and pranayama with both yin and yang elements,
energetic posture sequences as well as time for stillness, and
reflection. This class is open to men and women.

This class concentrates on inversions! Whether you are new to inversions or you have already explored turning upside down, this class is a wonderful challenge. Come reap the benefits of taking a different perspective.

Join us for Dawn Patrol, an early morning gentle yoga practice to get your day started!

Megan offers an authentic, non-judgemental, teaching style that flows easily with all levels of learning. Megan’s classes explore fun yoga asanas, build heat through strengthening sequences, and work to ground the body and mind with meditation through movement. Megan will always be a student of Yoga and hopes to inspire her students to carry the mindfulness of their practice, both on and off of their mats.
