Please arrive 10-15 minutes before class is scheduled to begin.
The recommended minimum age for all classes is 12 years of age.
Wear comfortable clothing.
Wear a well-fitted face covering.
Please do not wear heavy fragrances to class as some people are allergic or have sensitivities.
We have all props needed for class for your use at no charge however, you are welcome to bring your own yoga mat if you prefer.
Do not come to class with a full stomach, if you are hungry have a light snack before class.
Silence your cell phone.
Take off your shoes and socks upon entering the studio.
Place your belongings in the cubbies and hang on hooks.
Find a spot on the floor to set up your space, stretch and settle in, take a moment to be quiet, still, and breathe.
Be patient with yourself, honor your body; focus on your needs; yoga is non-competitive.
Move with intention. Listen carefully to the instructions the teacher gives you.
Respect those around you; yoga is a quiet practice.
Let the teacher know if you have any injuries or challenges that could impact your yoga practice.
Be open to new sensations, make sure you can breathe properly in each pose.
Enjoy your practice and finding new ways to expand and breathe with your body connected to your breath.
